The Plantronics K100 is superb. The speaker and the listener both have clear, understandable quality of speech. It is well used by a hearing impaired listener who processes with hearing aids. It is not difficult to set up and use by a non-techie 80 year old female. Go for it!

The speakerphone works well. Still trying to utilize the FM feature to use with the car's speaker system. All the frequencies listed by the system are active stations in my area. It is easy to use and the sound quality on both ends of the call are excellent.
